We offer a full 30-day money back guarantee from the date you received your order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a full refund.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

• Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• You must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) is required

Non-Returnable Items

• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refund Process

2. We will respond within 24-48 hours with instructions
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
4. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank. If you still have not received it, contact us at glowverse001@gmail.com.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with a photo of the item. We will send a replacement at no extra cost or issue a full refund — your choice.
